Check it out!
After my previous flash sale, I received several messages from hopeful buyers who didn't catch the sale until it had ended. So, I'm launching this sale again with a wider time frame to give everyone the opportunity to shop my fall collection one more time. This is the perfect chance to stock up on plentiful plaids and terrific tweeds before spring arrives.

Today at the Thrift
Best thrift of the year! Okay, it's only January, but still...
1. Burberry navy blazer with brass buttons and logo-embroidered lining - 38
2. H. Freeman Bespoke woven windowpane with ticket pocket - 38
3. Samuelsohn woven windowpane, fabric from Italy - 38
4. H. Freeman Bespoke woven microcheck with ticket pocket -38
Two days ago I wrote on 2013 resolutions. I forgot to mention my primary goal regarding this blog, to discuss all that I bring in from thrift shops. The vast majority of things I buy are for the CKC Shoppe, and previously I've tended not to post photos of that merchandise until it appears in the shoppe. From now on, I'll put up whatever comes my way, so I may share my finds and give you a chance to inquire about new products before they're displayed.

And while on the subject of coupons, check out ZenDeals.com. I was contacted by a representative of the company recently to share the site and I must say, after taking a look around, I'm pleasantly surprised. Being the consummate bargain shopper, I'm always searching for extra savings. What's nice about this site is the guarantee that each and every coupon code will work. There's no time wasted verifying codes that may have expired or may have never worked at all.
May you all have a blessed Thanksgiving!

CKC Shoppe Grand Reopening
After much procrastination, I've finally put together an offering of sport coats in the CKC Shoppe.
In addition, I've added two cardigans and two ties to go along with the 19 other ties still available. These really are some excellent jackets, and I want them to go to readers who, I know, will wear them well.

CKC Shoppe on eBay
As part of my fall cleaning effort, I've decided to clear out most of my argyle collection. The following sweaters are available on eBay. Click on each image to view its respective auction. If you happen to win an item, send me a message at ckcshoppe@gmail.com and I'll take 10% off your purchase price (before shipping).

CKC Pop-Up Shoppe
I'm quite proud and pleased to say that the CKC Pop-Up Shoppe made its debut yesterday. My cousin held a grand opening for his pharmacy, and he granted me the opportunity to feature the CKC Shoppe alongside the booths of several local businesses. In preparation of autumn, I offered a selection of tweed, corduroy and Shetland wool sport coats, as well as a vintage cowichan Abercrombie sweater-coat. Wool and heavyweight cotton sweaters were coordinated with a variety of flannel and twill sport shirts. A collection of silk and wool foulard were interspersed with cotton flannels and wool knit ties. Small sets of lambswool scarves and tweed hats were also available. Unlike Giuseppe of AAF, my city doesn't offer quite the same options to hold a pop-up flea, so I've long anticipated the fruition of a real CKC Shoppe. I'm very happy with how things turned out, and I'm so grateful for those that have supported me both online and in person.
Plenty is left over, so expect to see some of these items online pretty soon.
